But have you ever been to an A&E Unit on a Friday/Saturday night? Did you ever see a thug/thugess beating up a doctor or nurse because he was a smoker? Or drunk?

Sat,perhaps you should treat yourself to a commode/computer chair? Save all those pesky interruptions...........:))
And why did you stop wiping your nose on your sleeve? Did you start wearing short sleeved shirts,to save on the ironing?
