I have to confess to wondering, whenever there is global outrage, what else is happening. Someone beats a Spanish donkey, or puts a cat in a dustbin: Paris Hilton - er - speaks: politicians show themselves to be greedy and amoral - what is it supposed to be distracting us from?

I can't speak for others but as for myself, I'm acutely aware of all that goes on in the world. I'm not particularly distracted by one atrocity vs another. Red and I just decided to have a little fun with the Murdock situation. Which one to you want to take up now....except for Paris Hilton...I draw the line there ;-)
