What do you think is the best song ever? It could be an old song or a modern song.

At the moment it's "Im wunderschönen Monat Mai" from "Dichterliebe" by Robert Schumann. Just beautiful.

If you really love music, of any genre, you will believe "the best song ever" hasn't been written yet. Or if it has, you haven't heard it.

I don't know, Best Song Ever is pretty broad. I never tire of Let It Bleed by the Rolling Stones (also It's Only Rock 'n' Roll).

Another one of my favorites is "Creeque Alley? by the Mamas and Papas.

Wow, best song ever? One that comes to mind is "Bridge Over Troubled Water" by Simon and Garfunkel. It still gives me chills every time I hear it. I think Garfunkel's vocal on the song is just incredible.

The live version of Possession by Sarah Mclachlan on the Mirrorball album is amazing.
