Which would you rather meet, and thereby know actually exist: Alien, Big Foot, Ghost, Loch Ness Monster, or a Vampire?

CHOOSE JUST ONE

...and share the reason if you'd like; I think it'd be interesting to hear!!

Definitely aliens--it would be the most educational/interesting. I know ghosts exist, I don't care about Bigfoot or Nessie, and I think a vampire would be most frightening.

I am Big Foot. I wear size 11 which is pretty big for a woman. Pretty sure I am not a vampire because I cast a reflection in a mirror. As far as being a ghost, I plan to come back as one sometime way off in the future. BOOOOoooo!!!

Hiyori Vampires! I like vampire stories and i would like to see one for real but a vampire which feeds on blood bags not directly on humans. I would not want people to be drained of their blood or screaming around that they've been biten by a vamp.
A ghost would be fun to see, Nearly Headless Nick from Harry Potter I would like to see that guy.

Vampire, but a good one, of course. Of all the 'monsters', vampires are the sexiest...but maybe aliens are, too. Just can't think of any that are appealing on screen.

Oh, for sure, the Loch Ness monster. That would mean there are still prehistoric creatures! I'd give anything to see a dinosaur!

Aliens. I am not a crazy alien person, and don't believe in alien abductions or probing or UFOs or crop circles. Why I chose this answer is this:

We live in a massive, expansive Universe. It just doesn't seem possible to me to that Earth is the ONLY planet in all of that space that has some form of life on it. I don't think it's likely that we're unique in the Universe (as in there are probably other Earth-like planets other there with life that looks "human") but I also think that when scientists rule out planets as too hot or too cold or too sulfuric, or whatever, for life to exist, that they are being quite narrow in their view. Just looking at what lives along our planet's ocean floors tells me that life can live (and thrive) in the most unlikely (to us) places. I wouldn't not be at all surprised if there is life all over the universe, in all different forms. I would, however, and despite my answer to your question, be very surprised if we ever have any contact with them.

To rule out the others:
Vampires - Waaaay too terrifying for me. I do not want to know that blood-drinking people are out there.
Big Foot - This one would be okay I guess, but I don't really care either way about this one (or the Yeti or what have you).
Loch Ness Monster - Same scenario as above. Don't really care either way about this serpent or any of the other similar legendary sea serpents.
Ghost - This one is just very creepy to me. I do not want to know that dead people's sprits are watching me, or doing things to me. Or for that matter, I do not want to think that anyone's spirit would have to be left on Earth. I'm not very religious, but if it's true that people move on to someplace else after death, it's a very sad thought that some of they may get left behind.

An extraterrestrial being. I think that's the only real possiblity on this list.

Greatguggly If all knowledge were an ocean, what man knows probably couldn't fill a thimble so I try to keep an open mind but I agree with Bernard that alien life is probably the only real possibility. The existence of Bigfoot or other mysterious beasts probably would have been proven by now but alien life, if it exists, probably never will be.

I think I set a record for the most "probablies" in a single post.

Gil_Galad Aliens, the only interesting choice.

Aliens and ghosts - possibly. No faith in the existence of the others. I've never seen a ghost, but a lot of fairly sane people claim to have seen them.

remote9 Aliens, obviously. I will be too scared to meet a ghost.
