Even if you don't watch 'Glee' you're bound to know Journey's classic rock song, "Don't Stop Believing". Well, it's got a nice message. This challenge isn't asking for you to write a quiz with that title. It's asking you to write a quiz with a slightly different title. All of these titles rhyme with that particular song (or near-rhyme). Oh, and then there's that last one.

If you'd like to claim a title, please don't hesitate to do so. As always, first come, first serve. If you've completed one title and it's online, you may take another.

ALSO-- If you have another rhyming title you may add it to the list, by all means. As long as it begins with 'Don't Stop' and rhymes with the below words, you're good! You may only take this option if there are still titles available.

Good luck!

The old reply to thread function was removed because it got to the point where people weren't even reading the announcements and assuming, by default, that they were somehow being wronged or forgotten or insulted or abused or cheated out of something in some manner.

Totally fine-- it's not an easy title. :)

That marks the end of this one!

Sorry to take away the "Don't Stop Believing" title early by using it for the "Don't Write This Quiz" commission. It ended up becoming a nice little trilogy for me when grouped with this one. Is there a mini badge on the horizon for "Don't" quizzes?

There are too many video games quizzes in that group for a mini badge - from a purely selfish point of view, of course!

Speak for yourself... There are 2 sports and 4 history quizzes in the mix!

And 3 video games. But that's a GOOD category. ;)

LOL SS ... methinks rossian is saying that there are three too many video game quizzes in that lot

We've become IMMORTAL.

In the sense that a badgelet has been made with these quizzes. ;)

I just noticed that today myself. Good job, folks.

So how often do these challenges turn into scavenger-hunt badgelets?

kyleisalive

Very rarely considering the amount and the frequency.

It's a treat when it does happen though. :)

Now to wait for the ratings hit. ;)

I see what you mean about the ratings hit Kyle. I have a quiz in the Elementary Challenge, now my first to be featured in a badge hunt. It has always had a respectable ranking and never been without sunnies, currently in the 9000's. But as of today I can see that ranking will fall dramatically. Oh well, such is life. Amazing what people will do for a lousy twenty points though; take that away from them and you might find quizzes being rated only by those who are more interested in giving fair and thoughtful appraisals of an authors work rather than bumping up their own personal points total.

It's all part of the process. No need to worry-- you still have a good quiz! :)

To borrow from Alfred E. Neuman, What, me worry? I've never really been overly concerned with rankings and ratings, my aim is simply to write a good quiz and, once it's online, que sera, sera. Any special recognition that does come afterwards is gratefully accepted, but not expected. I think most authors know when they have written something good or written something average, but from time to time there are surprises you never imagined that do come your way, both good and bad. I've seen other authors comment on their plummeting rankings after one or more of their quizzes have been used for badge challenges and I have felt for them. So now experiencing it myself I just thought I'd throw in my two bobs worth too. As you say, it's all part of the process. And yeah, it isn't a bad quiz and that's good enough for me.

Drop from 16k to 70k. Lovely :p

Odd, my quiz received the reverse effect. I now have sunnies, which I believe I did not have before.

Peculiar.

Yeah, I've had that before on a couple of race ones, so it's not always bad to be featured in a challenge.

This was a VG one so enough said :p By and large I'm not good at making them interesting to the masses so I'm not surprised...

Video game quizzes almost always suffer once people who don't know video games are forced to play them. Generally, they do rather well, when they're played by video game fans. ;) But expose to the masses.....

I've had similar things happen to some quizzes; in the cats challenge, one of my quizzes suffered, and another now stays under 8,000.

It's funny to watch ratings change with challenges. :)

Mine is ranked quite highly (between 5 & 6 thousand), but I forgot to check where it was last week so have no idea what impact the badgelet has had.
