and Aussie Drongo too : )
But yes, "attendance" seemed to start to dwindle when, for most folks, the download steps became (not harder) but slightly more time-consuming I suppose. Also, it's "that time of year" when ALL the forum boards go almost silent as half the world is off on vacation or writing final exams or whatever.
I don't exactly have a huge "friends" list here LOL, but will send a "nudge" to a few

That's right Jakeroo, I haven't abandoned daBomb just yet. I did have some trouble accessing the files when daBomb first started using this system and so gave up trying, but I tried again last week and finally managed to work it out. As for the snippets for week 33, I can't identify any. If they are recent films then it's no surprise I'm clueless. My past eight years of cinema-going has solely been for kids flicks, that's not to say some of them haven't been enjoyable. One of my favourites was the, I feel, underrated 'Valiant.'

I just reposted a link to this thread on the Movie Buffs Message Board, even though I tried not to be too annoying. ;-)
As for the rest of the clips, I must confess I'm pretty clueless! Somehow I'm looking to Jakeroo to "tidy up" ;-) ... btw, the Nintendo advertisment? I'm impressed, never in a hundred years would I have been able to guess that!

You shouldn't be impressed, you should feel sorry for me for having watched the movie LOL. In any case, the "giveaway" was "power glove".
Difficult to "tidy up" with so many left lol, but will start with 33.9. John Cusack is the dad speaking in the clip. The movie is "Grace is Gone".

oh! forgot Abechstein, who must be away on holiday.
Anyway, back to tag's trubbles... I'm running IE8 in the (crippled version of) Windows 7 Home that came bundled on my Sony laptop. Am sure most of you have better systems and don't have much of a problem, but if I can access the files, am quite certain anyone can LOL. Here's what I have to do (this is a partial retype of my post from a few months ago):
1) You need to sign up and get a 4Shared account. It's free and so far I haven't encountered anything even slightly malicious, not even a tracking cookie. So go ahead lol
2) Make sure you are logged OUT from the 4Shared site before clicking on a link here.
3) Right click on any link provided by DaBomb here and choose "Open in New Window"
4) Wait for the page to finish loading, then click on the blue download section in the lower left. A window will pop up saying you need to log in. Do that.
5) Wait for the 20 seconds to countdown (unless you're a paid member - I'm not) and click "download file now". Save it somewhere on your computer.
6) Now, most importantly, you must LOG OUT and close the 4shared window.
7) Come back to this thread and download the rest of them using the exact same process. Remember to LOG OUT from 4 shared after EACH download.
Anyway, that's what works for me, in my situation. Your mileage may vary. Hopefully it helps someone who might have "given up" on this game (which would be too bad, cuz it's fun!).

p.s. simply closing the 4shared window does not automatically log you out. You actually have to click on the logout button lol

I believe that, if you're running Google Chrome, you can skip a few steps. I don't know if you still have to be logged into 4shared (you might), but one thing Chrome does that IE doesn't is allow mp3 files to play directly in your browser.

Yes - I'm using Chrome and I can play them alright. Recognise them? Different story.

I use IE and RealPlayer as default player and for me - at least up to now - it works pretty smoothly (knock on wood ;-)). I logged in to 4 share once and since then whenever I click on a clip it downloads automatically (without being redirected to their site) and opens in RealPlayer.
I'll try a guess: even though I've never really seen the movie, I read about it and going by what is said in the dialogue I'd say 33.5. is "Lars and the Real Girl".

Ah, there's always more than one way to skin a cat. RealPlayer does weird things on my laptop, so refuse to use it (hence - the more difficult path lol). Thanks for posting that Picard (and you too, DaBomb re Chrome0, am sure it will help folks : )
And Picard, it's my turn to be impressed. I've never even heard of that movie!

not certain, but I think 33.6 is the stunt-spoof "Hot Rod"?

LOL thanks Jakeroo, I never actually saw the movie, but when you read about a movie plot in which a man openly takes up a serious relationship with a s*x doll, you somehow remember it.

I have found 33.4, but only by looking up two of the actors on Wikipedia so I guess that disqualifies me from answering!
