It's not really the focus of this movie; it's just this scene.
I will tell you something about this movie, though. Remember that strategy I told you guys concerning listening for what you can hear and figuring out what movie it is from that? That probably won't work with this one. With this particular film, you probably have to have seen the movie in question in order to know which scene this is or what's going on here. You'd have to be very specific in order to know exactly what.
I'll try to help, though: I've already pointed out that there are sharp objects involved, and you can hear something else near the end of this scene. Try Googling three terms: [verb related to sharp objects] [noun; that thing you can hear at the end of the clip] movie. That should lead you to the answer.
