lol, ya, I saw "utilize". Wouldn't that be "utilise" in British?
Kyle, wouldn't it be easier to un-Britishise stuff, and "Americanize" it? :P

Maybe this is too nit-picky, but if the K alliteration word is Knights (which really sounds like N), wouldn't the other two words have to start with KN as well to make it truly alliterative?

Both ways would be alliterative. As the rules say, each word must begin with the same letter.

I may regret this, but I'll take Y, please.

Kyle, that is why I say you should say "tautogram". :P A tautogram; every word starts with the same letter. An alliteration; every word starts with the same sound. Knights Knew Nothing is technically an alliteration. :P
Sorry, couldn't help but let the nitpicky geek come out of me. :P

In Alliteration, its "the occurrence of the same letter or sound at the beginning of adjacent or closely connected words."
Otherwise I've been wrong in essays for the greater part of four years. ;)
'Knights Knew Nothing' contains consonance though.

Kyleisalive, would you consider "Z" a harder letter? If so, I'll take that if you'd like.

Kyle,
"Z/Zoo" since the Animal category is not accepting quizzes at this time, as I mentioned earlier today. How long do I have to complete this and not foul anything up?
I'll keep checking the to see if they open up for acceptance.

If we run out of available titles and all the rest are pretty much online, I'd be concerned at that point. Hold onto it for now and we'll reevaluate the situation when the time comes. Hopefully Animals opens up sooner rather than later; it's been iffy since August. :(

kyleisalive,
I'm going to give you back your "z". The animals category is still not open, but even worse, the General category has gone from "3-6 days" to "6-12 days", and that's where one of mine is sitting right now.
I'll be driving to the east coast for the holidays and won't be home until after the new year. Although I might find time to drop by off and on, it won't be for long periods of time. So...I'm not going to be able to even think about it until 2012 which I'm sure is too late. I've got that one in General just waiting and two more ready to submit after that. So it would be a while, anyway.
Sorry to do this. Hadn't planned on it, but...things seem to be backed up in Quizzland.
