Thanks, Lesley! That's a big help! I didn't even know we had an Indian restaurant right here in Ft. Myers. These days, restaurants come and go so often that it's hard for me to keep up, and I was too lazy to get online and research it. I'll have to try samosas from this establishment and see if they're any good......will let you know! Thanks again!

Anything that helps reintroduce you to greasy goodness is my pleasure. :) Yes please to hearing what you think of it. Obviously I hope it's good.
What did we do before search engines?

Still sounds good. Let us know what you find and if you're happy with it.

Lunch today was the easiest thing ever - pizza.
Cooking instructions read: best cooked from frozen - remove all packaging - recycle carton - spread out topping...
Of course that's silly but I wonder if they've done it purposely, to get people to phone them?

Have been sick with the flu, and didn't have anything in the fridge that appealed to me, sooooooo......
ended up having a few crackers with peanut butter, washed down with a glass of V8 vegetable juice.

Feeling better now, appetite's back (aw, shucks!) and decided to cook today.
Lunch/Dinner was grilled chicken breast (rubbed with garlic, basil, nutmeg and rosemary), baked sweet potato and a mixed greens salad topped with balsamic vinaigrette.
Gee, it's nice having a full day off!

Thanks, Lesley! Today's 'gourmet' lunch was leftover mac 'n cheese.....y'know, the kind from a box!

No, I don't, but I can guess. :) I used to make myself macaroni cheese for lunch, haven't done it for years. Make a white sauce while the macaroni is cooking, add cheese and mustard, mix the mac in, top with slices of tomato and more grated cheese and give it a minute under the grill and it doesn't take much longer to do it than to write about it. I am tempted to start again!
Mine was the second half of a pizza I started yesterday. (Back to real food when I've done some sensible shopping.)
