My team has a post where, every once and a while, we pop in and say what song is currently playing on our ipod/mp3/radio/etc. Whatever is on right then, is what you post. :-)

The old reply to thread function was removed because it got to the point where people weren't even reading the announcements and assuming, by default, that they were somehow being wronged or forgotten or insulted or abused or cheated out of something in some manner.

Monarch, Arcade Fire are probably my favourite band right now. That one is a great track.

Boxjaw, it is. You haven't experienced anything until you've listened to something on vinyl. We also have Revolver, Magical Mystery Tour and Rubber Soul on vinyl. :)

Now listening to "Holland, 1945" by Neutral Milk Hotel. Really like this band. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ep-QZXMWi2s

Greatguggly I might have posted this one before, not sure. I just can't enough of it. Probably my favorite KOL song.

Rick. I'm sorry. I just can't get into KOL. I could delve into the reasons, but then you and I would be talking college football. Intangibles I guess.

How about this one:

The cover of the album always reminded me a metallic looking Rodan. :^)

Listen to some of their other music if you like this. The studio stuff is really good too.

Greatguggly Love the Priest...tons of good stuff from them. Didn't quite catch the college football thing (I can be a bit slow)...meaning they (KOL) like Vanderbilt? I don't see how anyone could dislike their early stuff...it's PERFECT! Too each his own, though, or the world would stop.

My favorite band from the UK if the other two were from another country. The Who

Shiningstar7 "Thick As A Brick" LP, Jethro Tull.

Greatguggly Shiningstar, are you trying to say I'm not a "wise man" and that I'm "thick" because I didn't understand what BoxJaw meant about college football? Haha J/K.....
I'll have to guess that he meant he and I would have nothing left to talk about besides college football. I mean, if Kings of Leon, politics and religion are off limits, what else is there? LOL

Hey moonraker2. I really enjoyed that Bert Weedon tune. I did a little research on him and listened to some more tunes. Good stuff. I hear him somewhat subtly when I listen to Krieger picking.
