Subject: Cheating Warning
Date: Mar 05 12
It appears that a small number of players have been scraping answers off of FunTrivia quizzes during timed games.
That is -- they search for the source quiz of a question, go to the play screen, submit it, and then search through the results to find the answer.
This is considered cheating. Researching and googling answers from websites in the spirit of honest "research" external to FunTrivia is one thing, but attempting to game our "play a quiz" function to display answers to questions is just like sneaking into the teacher's room to peak at the answers. It is cheating. All of those blank / random submitted quizzes also skews our quiz statistics.
Such activity can be easily detected (even when using other browsers, guest account, or IP addresses), and I have a list of those who have been using such tactics.
Let this be clear: cheating is not tolerated on FunTrivia. If you have been doing this and continue to use such methods you will lose your account.
Please play fairly.

Please feel free to leave feedback for the site administrators. We will take all feedback into account as we tweak and
add new features.
The old reply to thread function was removed because it got to the point where people weren't even reading the
announcements and assuming, by default, that they were somehow being wronged or forgotten or insulted or abused or cheated out
of something in some manner.
