Ever thought that it is just as well we only have three sexes, male, female and "I'm not sure which I am"........!|
Leaving aside those born male who act and wish to be female, and those born female who act and wish to be male........how on earth have we all survived as a specie, when 50% doesn't understand the other 50%? Ok - the ratio is not exact!
It is perfectly true many of us have large amounts of Neanderthal genes in us - at least in Europe - this has been scientifically proven hasn't it? In truth what likely happened is the two types cohabited and we are the result. Cro Magon being the more dominant gene meant that side became more obvious physically..........there are exceptions though! Lol
I was always of the belief that it was better to do ONE task properly, than half-do TWO! However, I am male !!
Another major difference in the mental make-up of the sexes(and incidentally when it comes to communication, I personally have met numerous females who seem unable to string two coherent words together, let alone communicate verbally), IMO is as follows:-
Males have evolved primarily as "pack animals", usually accept the "pecking order" in any social arrangement, whereas the female of the human race, is much more of a solo operator. This is why, you could have 1000 men or more living together in relative harmony on an aircraft carrier, but get more than two females in an office and they will squabble. Politicians want to employ females on submarines??????????........good luck!!!
Dons steel helmet and ducks behind wall!

Interesting perspective. The pack animal ie. I suppose it gets back to the old stone age man on hunting trips really. They had to work in groups to survive.|
And oh dear, I feel so disloyal saying this, but I don't care to work with large groups of women. Have done twice, but mostly with the gents.
It all depends on each individual of course, but oh my goodness, working with large groups of women is a little like swimming in shark-infested waters.
They are more efficient though. Organised. And definitely tidier. Still, it can be a life-threatening experience. Men are less stressful to work with as a rule I've found. Well, Australian men anyhow. There's not much that gets them riled. Except a large percentage of men in public service administration work. They run rings round women for talons and stilettos in the back. I think they all wear frilly underwear.
C30, why would they want to work in a submarine in the first place, the silly dills? Are they pushing for it? I'd die of claustrophobia not being able to see the sky.
(In typical fashion I've probably accidentally insulted you. You didn't work in submarines, did you?)

Creedy my friend, no insult given............I had FAR too much common sense to volunteer for submarines on the grounds that if anything went wrong on the surface, I could at least BREATHE! These days though, submarine service is not volunteers only, as it was in my time, people can be drafted to them, same as any surface ship. Makes me glad I am not still serving!|
Many moons ago.......1961/62, I was serving in KEPPEL, part of the Training Squadron, based at Portland, Dorset. I had occasion to take a written message to the submarine THERMOPYLAE (of WW2 vintage), and thought "not for me chum"!
Nearer modern times, I was for a while working in an office that had 15 females, and just 3 males. I could never get my head around who was this week's "best friend", and which of yesterday's "best friend's" were now "worst enemy"! Lol
It changed day by day!

Jaz, the word Neanderthal was used before I mentioned it. I really did not give it a thought as to which "side" used the term. I thought stating that my view of cavemen coming from cartoons was evidence that the post was not to be taken seriously. |
I am not one to worry about anything that is written here. This blog is humorous. I seriously doubt that the scientific faction of society, Dear Abby, or the Penthouse Adviser will find this blog as evidence of a new world order. I daresay that this blog (as well written and humorous as I find it)will go largely unnoticed by millions of people.
With that said Dave, I feel this blog worthy of publication in some revenue producing media form. In lieu of paying you though, I will use those funds which I would have compensated you for you literary skill in a manner I hope you find acceptable.
Being the sole bachelor in my circle of acquaintances and having 3 unused bedrooms, it will help defray the cost of taking in those unfortunate married and common law married males when they find themselves sleeping in their cars due to a falling out caused by reverting to their old manly lifestyle.

For those of you puzzled over the caveman hitting cavewoman over the head with club, it came about as follows.|
SPLAT!! Club makes contact.
CM. "For God's sake be quiet woman!"
Thus, in that instant, were language and religion born.

And so, "club" took on a whole different appellation and came to mean, "The Big Earners club." Nevertheless, the brain numbing blows from such remained pretty well the same.|

"Actually, women's brains are genetically engineered for communication purposes. That means they're really good at talking from an earlier age than males and most of us can find that evidence in this thread LOL."|
Agreed. Women are talkers. This is fact. But, there has to be a time when we can both just $hut up and enjoy a silence. Some women are not capable of that.
"However, there is NO scientific study that proves that ANYone (male or female) is fully capable of "multitasking"."
Maybe they should study me. I am fully capable of multitasking, and am good at it. I developed this skill out of necessity.

From what I can gather about Gulls, the female (hen) adopts a submissive pose in order to attract a male. Once impregnated, they build a nice little nest. When the nest is completed, submissiveness ends. She takes over and lives in it alone with her eggs.|

Hilarious photo, George. Obviously the male owl hasn't taken the trash out.|

I've known quite a few men who never draw breath either. Talk about woeful bores. And they're impossible to get away from without appearing ill-mannered.|

The female gull is probably protecting her eggs from being eaten by the father. |

Did you do the gif?
