Howdy, howdy, howdy sprinters--

This thread will be used for the "K" clue set for the FunTrivia sprint. Each of the clues will be posted at some time during the release date (as early as possible) and then a post will be made in the game's main thread to inform you about the new clue.

IMPORTANT: Once each new clue has been posted, clicking on this thread WILL start your timer for the round. Thus, once the game starts, do not come here until you are ready to start writing for the week! (If in doubt, check the main thread first to see if the clue has already been released.)

POSTING RULES: Since this is the best, "safe" place to do so, you can ask any questions you may have about the clues here; thus, the thread will not be closed. However, please make sure you only post questions pertaining to the currently active clue - any discussions on past clues or general aspects of writing for the Sprint that do not spoil the clue for those who have not seen it yet should go in the game's main thread. Please do not send clue clarification questions by PM - any clarification request should be made in the open and the answer will benefit all players.

The old reply to thread function was removed because it got to the point where people weren't even reading the announcements and assuming, by default, that they were somehow being wronged or forgotten or insulted or abused or cheated out of something in some manner.

If you want to ensure the best possible race time, this is what you should do. If you however feel that the quiz will be edited soon and don't mind a few more hours, it's probably better to wait and not waste your extra challenge.

Of course there would be a third option - hand all data to Mariamir and let her submit it.

(Of course in that case, she would have to replace one of the questions with one of her own to ensure the integrity of quiz ownership - can't submit a joint effort without having contributed at least something)

Plus, hers would have to be another quiz title, since her user name starts with M and mine with S--my quiz plays heavily with the title I chose, so it isn't really transferable. I will wait a bit longer and see if there is any progress... Thanks for laying out the options.

I'm hoping Marissa clicks on hers soon, and then I can contribute to that effort.

Don't ever say "only" - I swore I would never touch Celebs again after my first. Now I have a second one down (which will hopefully fill the Pangalactic requirement) and knowing Kyle, the Sprint will likely see my writing a third one.

I have multiple sports, religion, and world quizzes. Plus more celeb quizzes than I care to count. The word "only" doesn't fly around these parts. ;/)

Still twiddling my thumbs here. Partner has already submitted in Wesley's clue (luckily)... I do have a quiz that I had ready since yesterday just an hour and a bit after I looked at the clue. :)
