True, I’m signed up for the Digital Starter—but I was supposed to get a reduced rate for six months. It didn’t make sense to her either that I couldn’t get the Digital Starter directly through them: ‘join the club.’

Finally she clarified that the purpose for my call was to get the promotion I thought I’d signed up for in the first place. “Fortunately, since you called within thirty days, I was able to give it to you.” She assured me I’ll be getting an updated bill in the mail. The pricing:
- Months 1-6, $39.99 per month;
- 7-12, $59.99;
- Next year, it goes back up to full price.

When it went up to the second amount I was surprised because I'd lost track of time [but wait, I must have been paying that for some time now and just noticed]
Also, the price they give doesn't factor in tax (I say this because my last bill was $63.63, which is close to $64.45--so I cringe just thinking what that bill will look like)

According to Dream Moods, “daydreaming is classified as a level of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness.” Then, there are the “false awakening dreams,” in which you seem to be awake but really aren’t. And then there’s the “lucid” dream, in which you know you’re dreaming. “Most dreamers wake themselves upp once they realize that the y are dreaming. Other dreamers have cultivated the skill to remain in the lucid state of dreaming.” Then, you have the nightmare: “a disturbing dream that causes you to feel anxious and frightened… Nightmares are an indication of a fear that needs to be aciknowledged and confronted.”

In my stories, more than one character has dreams/visions, some of which are recurrent. “Some dreams may recur because a conflict depicted in the dream remains unresolved or ignored.” (Put another way, a dream may appear night after night because a warning/advice isn’t eing heeded. And it’s even possible that some of these are combination nightmare and “healing dream,” in which a message is being conveyed to the dreamer. “Many experts believe that dreams can help in avoiding eossible health problems… If you can understand the language of dreams, your dreams will serve you an invaluable warning system.”

The next area is of interest to me both because of my “sensor” and my stories: “Prophetic dreams, also referred to as precognitive or psychic dreams, are dreams that seemingly foretell the future. One rational explanation to explain this is that your dreaming mind is able to piece together bits of information and observation that you may normally overlook or not seriously consider.” I often ignore the signs of “sensor,” for they don’t make sense; I even deny I am sensing, that is until an overheard comment or a dream force me into admitting I am.

There are also “signal dreams,” “epic dreams,” progressive dreams, and mutual dreams.” The latter I discuss in my stories, as the dream/vision tends to be shared by more than one character.

WORK ORDER

I called to make another report to maintenance about the heating/cooling system. Last week, when I went down, I reported how I’m getting heat when I want air, and vise versa. I also swear I can sometimes hear a noise coming from it it shouldn’t be making.

TROUBLE

Grandma sees trouble brewing with Daryl’s upcoming wedding, and I can’t help but agree. First, he didn’t propose. Lisa wanted to get married on 11/11/11, so she just started making arrangements. Second, she wanted her shower at the Franklin House in Myerstown—but the biggest room seats only 15. Add to that the fact that (a) the wedding’s on a Friday night, and (b) young children aren’t allowed to come, and you have… a big, fat mess!
Daryl’s son-in-law’s already not going “because the kid can’t go, so Tanya’s going by herself.”
