My favorite categories to write for are the ones that encourage me to do research, and write lots of information to share everything I have learned. Geography, History, World (Cultures), Animals spring to mind. General Thematic Fun is always a useful fallback when I have a title and no more specific ideas. General (Country Specific) is also useful for Bus Ride quizzes - they are probably one of my very favorite areas of writing, and I have tried to use a variety of categories for them, to keep from feeling as if I am writing the same quiz over and over.

I always learn wonderful things when writing in animals. Geography is another favorite. I always like learning tidbits about obscure countries. :-P

Again, not written in many categories, but love writing in history, enjoy literature, and I guess animals, enjoy it although I detest the animal I'm writing about because of lack of info and such.

How long do you think the 'project Q' will run for, Kyle?

I enjoy writing in music, as there always seems to be another way to approach a quiz topic even though there are so many quizzes already. I also like literature, world (especially cultural quizzes)and humanities.

Indefinitely, and if it turns out to be a success, it can be built upon with expansions.

Of course, as far as which are easiest to write in, and therefore my favorites, are video games, music, for children, and brain teasers. :P
But animals and geography definitely for what I learn. :)

I always learn a lot when writing history and geography quizzes. I haven't done many literature or movie quizzes but they've been learning experiences, too.

I've learnt most from writing in Sci/Tech, History, Hobbies,World and People. These are the categories that take ages to write in because coming up with the perfect question/answer/II combo is just that little bit harder than any other category.

Apart from those I mentioned, I also learnt a lot from vg. My one and only was so fun to research.

When I've caught up with the ones Kyle's been after. Which will be in a couple of weeks. Or maybe I'll cheat and do vg first. Because I want to. ;)

I think it would be great to give quiz-writing a go, but it's quite daunting and I have never managed so far. I have great hopes for this Project Q!
