Subject: What Book Am I?

This works like the movie and people threads. You ask yes/no questions, and the person who correctly guesses the book gets to pick the next one.

Books can be either fiction or non-fiction, must be classified as a novel or novella. This means no plays, poems, or short stories.

I will begin with:

What book am I?

Please feel free to leave feedback for the site administrators. We will take all feedback into account as we tweak and add new features.
The old reply to thread function was removed because it got to the point where people weren't even reading the announcements and assuming, by default, that they were somehow being wronged or forgotten or insulted or abused or cheated out of something in some manner.

New book---this is an earlier book by a writer who has become enormously popular writing several different series.

Asimov has been dead for 20 years and my author is not only almost 20 years younger, but is still writing away.

is it Elmore "Dutch" Leonard?

Perhaps "Hombre"?

jabb5076

Nope. Not as good a writer as Leonard, but Sells a heck of a lot more books.

Not either of those writers. This guy puts out (usually) more than one book a year, but unlike Patterson, he writes them all himself.

It's a novel, one that is broken into three parts, told over three generations.
