I found the daily challenges---I have completed four so far. The medium challenges seem to be more challenging to me? No German translation needed here--clear as mud--hope to win a badge or two.

As soon as I get the required 9 credits, I bought a new challenge. Got a medium one that requires me to play My Daily with intermediate difficulty level. Too bad I have played my daily. I should have read the FAQ more clearly, lol.

Matthew_07, yeah, you learn from experience not to play the daily games until AFTER they are assigned. It make no difference for Global or the Hourlies, but it's best to hold off on the Dailies. In fact, it's pretty much a necessity, for some challenges, to play Global in both sets, or you don't even have a chance. At least now you'll know about the Dailies in the future :)

Just encountered my first problem on iPhone. My challenge asks me to score a certain number of points in certain categories playing only in 'Quiz Game Mode.' I don't have a choice of what mode I can play quizzes in unfortunately so this challenge will go uncompleted.

I have the same issue at times. Nothing with Flash works on the iPad. You could trade out the challenge and hope for the best.

Would you believe I got that challenge as part of a trade? Hopefully challenges requiring Flash will be few and far between otherwise it's going to be a long haul.

You'll have major issues with some Epics if you can only play HTML...

I like most of the daily challenges that I've had. They have been fun, challenging, and interesting. The only problem that I've had has been, like I said before, with the ones that require Flash. I've noticed that I'm not the only one. I know Terry has been very busy working on the new games, but I hope that maybe he will consider making the challenges where they can be completed in the HTML format sometime in the future, especially if more people start having the same problem. I understand if he doesn't want to change the rules, though, but it never hurts to ask.

Do you not have access at all to a computer that will let you run the Flash versions of the quizzes? Can you complete crosswords on a iPad or iPhone (because there are crossword challenges out there too, though no one seems to have mentioned them yet)?

Something else I'd like to mention, that Terry discussed with us testers in our thread...Not everyone will be able to complete all the challenges. Some require endurance, others require knowledge, and others require speed...as as you've found out, some require Flash. It's not a big deal if you can't complete all the challenges. You're not competing against anyone else, except in Nemesis and one other challenge I can think of off the top of my head. You're only in it for yourself, and can play as little or as much as you want. The point of the Daily Challenges is to explore the site and to have fun. If you can't play in Game Mode, I wouldn't worry about not being able to complete the challenges you get. You can still play the quizzes for your own enjoyment in HTML mode. The badges are incentives, but it doesn't matter in the slightest when you get them. It could take you 21 days to get the "Ten in One Day" or it could take you 210. It's not about the badges anyway, like I said, it's about exploring the site, pushing your limits, and having fun :) Afterall, the site is called FUNTrivia, yes? :D

Thanks, Aussiedrongo. I don't often read the earlier posts when answering questions on the current page. Well, with not being able to play those, that eliminates several challenges as not playable if you don't have access to computer with Flash.

No, I only have a WebTv, which can't use Flash at all. No big deal, though. I'm sure there are plenty of challenges where it isn't required.

Drongo -- I have changed the challenge selection code to take into consideration mobile/ipad/webtv. It will no longer select flash mode or crossword challenges.
Please let me know if any other unplayable ones come up and Ill remove them from the rotation for mobile too.
Thanks

faith177, the Epic challenges are very difficult (and extremely fun) challenges that can be bought with accumulated credits in the game. They're assigned randomly by the system, and are very rare. The only way to find out specifics for each challenge, though, is to purchase an Epic.
