Well, I am giving it a go.
7 questions in so far. If anyone else submits first though, let me know.

Errrrr, isn't the username for the second cat supposed to be Malik, not mlc?

Reedy's quiz appears to have been moved to People (Philosophers) and is online. How does this affect the challenge?
Authors need to use that message to editors box to say they wuold rather have a quiz sent back so they can amend it to get into the desired category, or an editor will move it to what looks more appropriate for the quiz as submitted. I went to look for this one, and found it was already moved and online!

MY BAD! :D
The link and the category are meant to both be People. I saw 'Philosophy' in Humanities, but wanted People-- that's why the subcategory name was the latter. It works. :)

Phew! It would be a shame if such a lovely quiz (although it is also evil, as I can't get my mind to stop playing 'The Philosopher's Song') didn't work.

Just stumbled upon this post. This seems interesting! Although I might have trouble because I have a lot of offline quizzes that I have no need for. How experienced must you be to delete quizzes?
Also, maybe you could find a way to make a badgelet out of this. Maybe if the Time Crunch reached a certain number, everyone who submitted a quiz for it would get the badgelet.

Forgot to put that the unnecessary offline quizzes were bad because they were taking up most of the ten slots for offline quizzes.

If you have no need for the templates, why not just retitle them and start over rather than deleting? :)
As for a badgelet, this is all purely informal. Nothing fancy; just keeping people busy with something new for a week. We'll see how it goes. I'd rather see people writing for the sheer motivation of writing and not for the carrot on a string. ;)

You could just change the title and category of a template (easier if any are empty) to whatever new ones you want. It should be fine as long as it's not been sent for editor approval in the past.

"I'd rather see people writing for the sheer motivation of writing and not for the carrot on a string. ;)"
Ah, but you see, writing IS the carrot on the string. It's a joy to write, and a reward to get it online. The badgelet is the stick; as soon as a new one appears one HAS to go for it, otherwise the disappointment will kill you better than a stick. :)
