I have finally began writing my quiz for the next task; I've had no motivation once again. Should be done today or tomorrow.

Congratulations! Although I bet 500 is even more special; just wait till then. I really think there should be a badge for that.

Thanks everybody. :)
I don't know how to make 500 special... I'm using my favorite idea for 400. ;)

Very impressive! Especially since every quiz of yours that I have played has been so good! Well done!

Judging on when people are getting the first badgelet, it seems I'll be getting it after I finish this next quiz...

Ok, so it's been slow going for me as of late for the AA, but I will speed things along. I have slowed down to make quiz 400 special. I messaged an editor to make sure my idea is good. I am going to submit a quiz to general, but I wanted to find out if the format was good. So I am awaiting for a response before proceeding. :)

Congratulations, Salami! I'm sure it'll be fantastic!
I wondered if there would be available a list of the quizzes we write for this challenge, even if it's only available to each player. I might simply write mine down to keep track of them; I think it'll be nice when it's all over just to see what came out of the project. :)

Sad creature that I am, i have a spreadsheet on which I record the title of every quiz, the reason it was written (e.g., AinA #4, Amazing Race Leg 2, Commission XXV, Challenge title), category to which it was submitted, date I started writing or at least thinking seriously about it, date of submission, date online, rating data (#plays, #ratings, #Excellent, #Good, col;umns to calculate the last two into percentages) and ranking data *initial ranking, current ranking, highest ranking recorded). Oh, and a column to show sunnies and one for Editor's Choice. When I first set this up with about 25 quizzes, it was updated weekly. Now that I have nearly 250, I only add in new quizzes as they get written and ranked. A couple of times a year, when I don't feel like doing anything else, I go through and update all data.
I know, I need to get a life, but I love spreadsheets! The amount of data I have recorded makes any number of interesting analyses possible, when I feel like seeing which category has the highest percentage of quizzes with sunnies, for example. Don't ask why I bother wondering that kind of thing, though.

That seems like a wonderful list to have, Looney, but such a PAIN to make, especially since I'd be starting out at 400.... ;)
Just waiting for the editor approval before I continue. I hope it's soon, this quiz needs to be online before my commission quiz, so I'm not working on that one yet, but I need to. :P

I do something similar in a Word document. I still have all Treasure Hunt clues, even though I’ve won the badge. I also have any messages that were given to me as part of the Treasure Hunt.
Then, I recorded the date each badge or mini-badge was first offered (with a * for gold and (mini) for mini-badge). I still don’t have all the dates, since not all were mentioned. I also have the date I won each badge or mini-badge. Some I don’t have it, because A) the mini-badges don’t always show up in the "My Results" tab or the "List of Recent Winners" and B) one day I realized some of my stats had disappeared, and I had not yet finished updating my list.
Next, I wrote all the Daily Challenges (although if a couple of tasks in the same difficulty range differ only by how many points you need, I usually neglect to mention that).
After that is The Great Quiz Race. I don’t have the quizzes listed. I knew the quizzes would be shown at the end, and I thought they would be divided into sections (Ex: Leg 1, Challenge 1, you have to complete 10 of 14 quizzes, so when the end screen came up, I thought it would say “Leg 1, Challenge 1” and then list the 14 quizzes.) This includes any pre-requisites, although other people have mentioned they didn’t have some requirements I did and vice versa, so I am thinking there might be a few differences between our races. I didn’t write down the number of points I received at certain stages of the race (although partway through the race I wish I did). However, I did write down the number of quizzes I completed for the race (and the total number of quizzes).
Then, I have Adventures in Authoring. This time, I included all the quizzes we had to play at a certain part of the challenge. I once again included any requirements and pre-requisites to each part of the challenge.
This is also the Word document in which I have fully-written or partially-written quizzes.
(Sorry for the lengthy post; I just felt like sharing it all.)

Wow, yet another thing that is just too much work for me. ;)
I would love a list of my quizzes like Looney's, but when I tried once, I gave up. I don't mind compiling a quick list of how many quizzes in each category I have, but even that fails after the very next quiz I write. ;)

Once it's set up, it is easy to maintain, as it only takes a few minutes per quiz as you go along. It's part of my routine when I start a quiz - set up the Word document in which I will write it, enter the title and the target subcategory, then go to the Quiz spreadsheet (which is always open) and enter title, category, reason and date of start. Part of submitting includes entering time of submission, and every Tuesday morning my time I enter the ranking and rating information for any quizzes that got ranked that week. It's rarely more than one or two. But setting it up for 400 would be mammoth!
