Ach well, it'll be 2013 in a few weeks, so it's close enough.

I thought the Bus Ride deserved a current thread for any titbits or travellers currently travelling. So here it is!

The old reply to thread function was removed because it got to the point where people weren't even reading the announcements and assuming, by default, that they were somehow being wronged or forgotten or insulted or abused or cheated out of something in some manner.

8th December - Norway.

I love the sound of Norway. It's somewhere I'd love to go for real. I want to see the Northern Lights. It's my pipedream.

I haven't seen the northern lights but did see the midnight sun in Finland a few years back. It was the most surreal experience leaving a late bar and emerging into broad daylight.

The man in my life worked in Norway for a year and loved it. He was taken on a trip to see the Northern Lights and raved about it.
