Ok, whats everyone reading now, and how are you liking it, would you recommend it?

I am re-reading Stephen Kings' "The Stand", I read it years ago as a young teen, and it went over my head, so I thought I'd give it another shot, now that Im older and wiser(?). Wish Me Luck! S.

I'm always in the middle of a book and now it's "The Assault on Reason" by Al Gore, an extremely intelligent book by an intelligent and forward-thinking man.

I just finished "The Book of Lost Things" by John Connelly. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. It's hard to describe but in short, it is a fantasy about a boy who has had a hard childhood and gets transported into some sort of fractured fairy tale world. It touches on many feelings of lost innocence and childhood and is the best book I've read in quite a while.

Much Ado About Nothing by Shakespeare. Aarrruugh I hate that book; it's so boring and the dialect is so hard to understand. I'm still steamed at my English teacher for making us read this book. Maybe that's why my average is only a B.

"The Successful Business Plan" By Rhonda Adams. Required reading for the class I am taking.

The last book I read for pleasure was Philip Pullman's Golden Compass. My wife insisted I take a break from study and read it.

Im reading "Run Silent Run Deep", "The Supreme Court: A People's History" and "the Supreme Court"! So far so good! When I finish, I want to read Uncle Tom's Cabin, or the Iron Mask, or just go back to reading LaJoyce Martian's christian novels. When I have loads of time I plan to read her Love's Mended Wings series. I dont read series that often because I hate to put down a book in the long line of sequals and be stuck on a cliffhanger, when I have to go back to other projects.
