Tendonitis is making my life miserable! Having always been a healthy person with only marginal physical complaints, I resent feeling pain every time I raise my arm or reach out for something. Just the thought of mowing the lawn today fills me with trepidation. My doctor has prescribed a splint and I am taking prescription strength Ibuprofin, but I am not at all comfortable. Whine, whine, whine. I guess that's what I get for being a writer.
