It's Been A While......
Ok... so, it;'s been a long time since i've blogged... a lot has happened, but nothing of great note..... been swimming when the weather is nice... the pool is a Godsend... the kids love it... I've had my husband home for 3 weeks,, that only happens once a year, and we;ve made the most of it.Been bowling, and golfing with the kids.. done the movies...went to Aqua, which is a sea aquarium thingy...it's been very nice. Have been enjoying the cricket..... a lot..... Aussie Aussie Aussie...and the tennis.... its;all sport here at the moment...
I think i'm almost ready to kill my children......I don't know which one is worse... she drives him nuts.... he drives her even nutser.... if there is such a word which i'm sure there isn't.... she has not much of a sense of humour... he can reduce me to tears laughing in a second. It brings a lot of problems with it... as he knows how to get around me.... little bugger.. there's never a dull moment.
we're still jamming a lot... it's been great as always.... Wonderboy has increased his drum kit yet again with a new splash cymbal... it;s very nice.. and husband has ordered a new Fender guitar.. and has ordered a new fender amp for me too...the fairy princess should still be excited about her new flute... so she missed out this time.... gotta love the post christmas music store sales..... I do anyway..!!
Anyway... I hope this finds you all well and happy...
until next time... when i'm even closer to turning 43....

I used to sell Fenders (and all the rest) and they were so much better than my cheap strat copy. And I'll be 47 in 11 days, call them achievements rather than birthdays...

It's nice when the whole family gets to have their holidays together, sounds like you guys have really been making the most of it.
I only have the one kid, but he's been driving me insane these holidays as well. People keep telling me that I should have another to keep him company, but from my experience, you don't much like your siblings when you're young. Probably for the reasons you said, they know just how to push each others buttons, and when they're the slightest bit bored, the most entertaining thing to do is torment each other.
I'm not going to mention the cricket!
