Sure, quote B is pretty funny, but I feel obligated to pick A because it is so inspiring. You really have to hear this part of Wakka's speech to get the entire effect. His sudden change from being depressed and tired into excited and confident really marks the identity of the character.

Yeah, I did mention during the last poll that I would be voting before everyone else because there were never enough votes and I didn't want to base my vote on anyone else's....
