You know, we don;t get to go out that much these days... sitters are hard to get... and although WB is15, he still doesn't feel comfortable staying at home alone with the Fairy Princess. Heck.. I don;t feel comfortable staying at home with her sometimes! Anyway, for a while now we've had a sitter booked for her for tomorrow, as we are off to a blues festival at a winery. we've checked that we can get in with him.. all ok... The Violent Femmes are playing, and we;ve never made it to see them, along with other bands, one of them come here to jam with us at times, and they have got WB up to play with them. Anyway... the bottom line.... tomorrows' forecast.... are you ready for this? 41 degrees. 41!!! Can't believe it is going to be so bloody hot. (Well, I can really, as it is  summer here after all....) So, now we're just going to have to wing it, and see how hot it really is aound 4 ish... it starts at 3, which is really 2 due to this stupid daylight saving.... so it will still be 40 at 9pm most likely. Then on sunday, we have the family coming over in the afternoon....(can't wait for that..........not) so we can't really go tomorrow and enjoy ourselves and get heat stroke or anything because we have to be on deck to "entertain"!!! GGgggrrrrr...

Always the way isn't it?

The good news is, I booked our tickets for another Blues Fest in March... where I will finally get to see John Mayer along with heaps of other artists. It will probably be pouring for that one... it's over 2 days and the line up is unbelievable. Gomez will be there too.... i'll blog again with the line up...
