It's been a while then, hasn't it?
Well, it's been a while since I last posted here. What can I say - things have changed since then.
The black dog has departed for his kennel, and he seems reasonably content to stay there for the time being at least. Thank goodness - I don't like to hear him bark, and I really do fear that bite is actually worse.
I don't want to go in to all the ways in which my life has changed all at once - suffice it to say that there has been change and leave it at that. Some good, some not-so-good, but still a change is a change is a change. There are certainly worse things. I often only refer to the dead as 'stable' - they're not getting any better, but they surely are not getting worse, they are the ultimate representation of 'stable'. I do hate it when they use that word on the telly - it doesn't mean much at all.
I am worried for bionic - please, if anyone reads this, include her in your prayers/cyber-hugs/good wishes. She's had her share of bad luck recently, and I hope that the light at the end of the tunnel brings her face back into the full sunlight soon.
For all of you out there - please be kind to each other. There is far to much sadness and nastiness in the world already - we here do not need to encourage it.
Stay safe, stay warm, stay knowing that you are all loved and cherished beyond awareness.
