What Shall I Do?

My gran has given me a book that she was really excited about and I've begun to read it twice but haven't got past the second paragraph.
The book really doesn't interest me that much and I'm going to see her in two days. There's no way I'm going to read it all before then. It's about 500 pages long.
I don't want to tell her I don't like it because she was really happy and excited about it and stuff :/
What shall I do???
