I gotta say something....
THIS IS IN CELEBRATION OF OUR EXAMS FINALLY GETTING OVER!! :-
As the clock struck 12:00 PM on 27 March, 2008 AD, in India, a bell rung and the sound of the millions of pens scratching on papers stopped suddenly. Everyone sat still, baited breath. There was a peculiar sensation. A strange feeling. An emotion full of fear and joy. Fear, for the time was over. But joy? Joy, what about the joy?
It was not just joy. It was happiness, feelings of relief. Millions of little minds holding millions of pens, thought, "Finally! Good Riddance."
And suddenly, they realise that they are holding a paper too. An answer booklet. A strange person was collecting these from others. They slowly put the answer booklet down. They still could not believe that it was all over. Over, forever, for a lifetime. They try not to get distracted, but the feelings are too good to be shaken off. Hesitatingly, they revise the paper they are holding. Finally all the papers are collected. And all the minds scream in joy, "IT'S OVER!!!!" (they weren't actually shouting, but the feelings were screaming). They could not believe at their luck. over. Over. OVer. OVEr. OVER. OVER!!!!
yay!!!
And all of those little innocent children scream, "FINALLY THE END OF EXAMS, FOR THE NEXT TWO YEARS, WE ARE FREE!!!"
And all those independent children run out of the horrid examination hall. Delight on their faces. You could look at their faces and say that they are they were independent for the first time ever.
It was a moment in history. When another batch of millions of students was free, at least for the next couple of years, from the dreaded exams.
The sun rose again, houses burst with delight, computers were on again and suddenly, winter had given way to spring, spring that would last for the next couple of years.
I wrote this and I feel the same way too!!
