Look into her eyes...
This is probably the strangest thing for me. My best friend-Divya, I
can't look straight into her eyes while talking to her. I always look
at something else that might be around her, but never straight into her
eyes. And I don't know why. I have this strange feeling even when I do look into her eyes. It feels like she has access to my mind and my thoughts through my eyes. She has this wonderful ability to read peoples' mind. Perhaps is that what I fear? I don't know exactly.
Help, anyone? Please?

On some people, I have that problem too. It actually hurts to look them in the eye. It may be something we're afraid they might see, or a lack of self-confidence. Good friends can wander through my mind because I know they won't be scared by what they find there. Let her wander through some, you both may be suprised by what she finds there.

Eyes are considered the "window to the soul".
Often when we really like someone, it is more difficult to look them in the eye. I was always concerned that if they looked directly at me at the same time, I would blush. It became easier over time to be more bold and to look directly at them.
There are also people who can "read" others. They do not do so on purpose, for them it is just part of who they are as a whole.
If your friend is able to read your mind, then she/he already knows why you do not look them directly in the eye. Relax.

Keep in mind that phrase you have in capitals at the top of your blog - "I AM TRUE AT THE HEART, AND THAT'S MORE IMPORTANT".
If you are true at heart you shouldn't be afraid to look anyone in the eye.

Do you think that maybe you have strong feelings for her and are afraid that she knows? It may be hard, but try to look her in the eyes. Try not to give signals that you are avoiding something. You are a great person, don't be afraid.
