Passion
Passion From The Ether
Wandering through my memories of passion
Flooded with emotions favored grace
Each rendezvous, my feelings I must ration
The lovers that Ive held, I see their face
In my mind their countenance is burning
A hopeful, wanton need becomes desire
Tangled limbs, moist skin and urgent yearning
Shallow, ragged breaths fan passions fire
Afterward to lay in tender arms
And bar reality, the moment fleeting
Secure and captivated by her charms
So still, so close, feeling her heart beating
From the ether, these memories visit me
I surrender and they always set me free

Steady on, Bob - this is taking me back further than I should be taken, if I am wise. Too evocative. I need my smelling salts!

This is stunning. Each piece you write shows how you are growing in confidence...and so you should be! Deliciously evocative! xx

Yep-apparently I still have a pulse, Bob. I was beginning to wonder. Thanks for offering this...ah...stimulus package.

Bob, oh my. I think I will just say 'ditto' to all the above comments and especially the one about having a pulse and wondering.
