How can anyone enjoy having their wisdom teeth removed (aargh!), or was it the relief afterwards that made up for it?
Do tell all about your road trip - who, when, where, all that sort of thing.
I don't think I've ever used the words "essay" and "productive" in the same sentence. No, really: ever.

Well I enjoyed having my wisdom teeth out, because I really didn't find it painful or that uncomfortable (except for that it took forever for the numbness to wear off post-surgery). And I got to miss two days of school, booked a weekend off work, got to eat ice cream, my grandmother made me her special soup :), got some good drugs.. all in all, a pretty good experience :)
Not sure yet about the road trip.. my friends and I know we want to go somewhere, but haven't decided anything definite yet. We were originally thinking Las Vegas, but none of us have any money. And that'd be a heck of a drive.

Butter chicken is delicious! It's Indian. chicken with a sweet, not too spicy tomato based sauce. very good :)
Puerto Plata was great, but I really didn't see much of the actual towns, went straight from the airport to the resort and stayed there for seven days. The days were a little *too* hot for my liking, but the evenings were perfect!
Paige, I've probably mentioned somewhere at some point my wanting to get tattoos, or probably even have said "I'm going to get one this week", but I haven't actually done it yet :)

Sounds yummy. I looked it up online. Not sure about the yogurt though. I hate the taste of yogurt.
So many people just go to the resorts because some places aren't safe. I am guilty of the same thing and wish I did explore places I've visited further.

Yeah, I might now explore 'real' places in the Dominican Republic, or in Cuba, or wherever if I ever go to a resort again, but at the time, I was travelling alone with 4 girlfriends and we were all 17 and under strict instructions from our parents NOT to leave the resort.

Yessssssss! Adam on American Idol is really sexy, adorable, talented, handsome, and for sure an idol. I picked him as the winner the first time I saw him. There is no doubt in my mind that he is THE one!
