One of the Good Ones
After the landlord experiences I had at the mildew-apartment, my landlord here is a welcome breath of fresh air! He called me on Friday, the morning after the bat came, to make sure I was okay and he was just here, looking at where I'm pretty sure the bat came in. He promised that after the exterminator is done, he and his crew will patch up the holes in the drywall so I will be safe.

I'm happy to hear that, Beth. The exterminator isn't going to actually "exterminate" any bats, right? I'm sure they aren't living there!

He will most likely be looking for the ways the bats got in and advise the landlord how to prevent it in the future. However, if there happens to be a small family of them living in the crawl space...
