A Little Nervous
Tomorrow, I have to see the cardiologist. I'm a little nervous. It's only a follow-up, and I really am feeling much better, but I will have to be completely honest with him. I'll have to tell him about the scary fluttering my heart does when I do simple little things like sweep the kitchen. Or sometimes, even when I'm lying in bed. No pain, and I don't feel sick or faint, but I suppose I have to tell him anyway. I just dread being deemed 'sick' again....I am NOT sick!

Good luck, Beth. We'll be there keeping you company, in spirit, even if you can't see us.
You're not sick, nor am I. Sick is a state of mind. If you're anything like me, you may have odd things wrong with you, and bits dropping off here and there, but it takes more than that to make us sick!
Please let us know how you get on.

Sick is a state of mind...I like that! (And my mind does not accept 'sick'.)
Thanks, Lesley! :)

Make sure you DO tell the doctor about all your symptoms. Sick IS a state of mind, but your doc can't help, if he doesn't know what's wrong.
Positive thoughts...

You need to tell everything you are experiencing.
Everyone is correct...sick is a state of mind. Symptoms are to be addressed as they are how our bodies try to tell us something.
I hope all goes well.
