Still Laughing!
Tonight, Bubba got out of 'his' pirate ship to go and eat. Rocky doesn't like the inside of the ship, but he went and stood at the ship's doorway so Bubba couldn't go back in. Bubba sat and stared for a minute, looking all sad, then casually wandered off. Rocky decided to follow him....and Bubba doubled back, reclaiming the pirate ship! Rocky doesn't seem to mind; he'd rather play with the flaps on the empty computer box!

I am waiting for the day when you tell us Rocky is "rocking" the ship with Bubba inside.
How is Bubba's diet going, by the way?

Since Rocky is new here and not used to scheduled mealtimes, I have been leaving the two bowls of cat food down at all times (but watching the portion sizes). One bowl has Friskies and the other has the diet food. Bubba always chooses the diet food. I am very proud of him for that!

I am trying to get as much extra rest as possible. I think that sleep is the magic elixir. Slept seven hours straight through the other night (first time in several YEARS), and had no stomach pain the next day. Last night, I did not sleep so well and am fighting the ache again. Having soup and fudgesickles and planning to lie down early tonight. (No guarantee of a solid night's sleep, but I'm trying to make an earlier bedtime a habit.)
