A little fire to keep you warm this winter

There's nothing like a roaring fire, and I am warm just looking at it. I think every home should have a fire like this. Where do you do your messy painting - in your shiny new den? at a safe distance from the little table with the glass of Merlot on it?

In my rebuilt library, The one that I posted pictures of earlier, I shall take a picture of my easal, and I am glad the fire brought some warmth.
