I thought the survey was for High school students to study, I suspect it's for them to take. I may be a little beyond that age myself by 30 years or so.

If I was in America, I'd be a high-school student. But 'cause I'm English, it's a mildly different system.
Just a guess, but are you trying to prove there's a link between people who drink, read Harry Potter, and break their bones?

1.) Yes, but not the hard stuff...I am Italian and Catholic, so I drink wine at mass and have wine in food.
