Bogota D.C.. The capital city of Colombia was founded with the name of 'Santa Fe', then it became Santafe de Bogota in honour of the Bacata Indians in the area, then it became Bogota, then Santafe de Bogota, D.C. and finally, it's Bogota, D.C. right now.
