Havana, Cuba. Sky convinces Sarah to have dinner with him in Havana, by agreeing to provide "one dozen genuine sinners" for a prayer meeting, to help keep Sarah's Save a Soul Mission afloat. At the time, Havana was known for its incredible nightlife scene as well as its many music and dance clubs. In Havana, Sarah imbibes too much rum and a hilarious dance sequence ensues, leading into the song "If I were a Bell".

Marlon Brando is probably best known for his role as Vito Corleone in "The Godfather" (for which he won an Oscar) as well as Stanley Kowalski in "A Streetcar Named Desire" and Terry Malloy in "On the Waterfront". Widely considered one of the best actors of his generation, Brando passed away in 2004.

crap game. "Guys and Dolls" is based on two short stories by NY writer Damon Runyon, "The Idyll of Miss Sarah Brown" and "Blood Pressure". Many of Runyon's characters were gamblers, gangsters and hustlers and the stories captured the era's unique way of speaking.
Throughout the movie, Nathan is desperately trying to find a place for his floating crap game. The orinal plan was to have it in a garage, but the owner wants 1000 dollars which Nathan doesn't have. As a result, he bets Sky Masterson the money that Sky cannot take the righteous leader of the Save A Soul mission to Havana.
