crap game. "Guys and Dolls" is based on two short stories by NY writer Damon Runyon, "The Idyll of Miss Sarah Brown" and "Blood Pressure". Many of Runyon's characters were gamblers, gangsters and hustlers and the stories captured the era's unique way of speaking.
Throughout the movie, Nathan is desperately trying to find a place for his floating crap game. The orinal plan was to have it in a garage, but the owner wants 1000 dollars which Nathan doesn't have.
