Colonel Vogel. German soldiers often had Luger sidearms on them in the "Indiana Jones" movies, but this was not the name of the colonel. After killing the German soldiers, Indy forced Colonel Vogel to drive to his death in the tank as it falls off a cliff.
The Great Seal. The Great Seal is the sign above the entrance to the Temple that houses the Holy Grail. Despite the crusader's warnings, Elsa attempts to take the Grail out of the temple and causes an earthquake. She falls into a chasm, and could have been saved but for her greed, which leads her to try and get the Grail instead of saving her own life. Indy falls into the same predicament (literally) and his father convinces him to forget about the Grail by calling him "Indiana" for the first time.
Husky. Actually, his dog is a husky/malamute. This is shown in the beginning of "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade".

Marion. 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' was the first movie in the 'Indiana Jones' trilogy.

snakes . We first find this out in 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' when he is forced to jump into a pit full of them. We assume he first became afraid of snakes when, as a young boy in 'The Last Crusade', he fell into a box full of them.

Chanel. The elephant isn't very pleased at this and ends up throwing Willie off his back.
Pankot. The children are freed by Indiana at the end of the movie.
Fortune and Glory. This is mentioned throughout the trilogy. Many of Indy's adventures could explain this want for 'fortune and glory'. For instance, when he set out to find the Ark of the Covenant, which would obviously give him the fortune and glory he desires, if found.
