Cobra Bubbles. Pleakley was the one who informed Grand Councilwoman that Earth was a mosquito colony, and that was why he said that they couldn't attack the planet to retrieve Stitch. Near the end, we find out that Cobra Bubbles and Grand Councilwoman knew each other from the incident at Roswell, and that Bubbles had made up the lie that Earth was a mosquito refuge to prevent it from further invasion from aliens.

All of these are true about "Lilo & Stitch". (It had a relatively low budget, compared to other animated Disney films., The movie doesn't have big musical numbers where the characters break into song., It is the first animated Disney movie since "Dumbo" to have a watercolor background.). "Lilo and Stitch" had an $80 million budget (which seems like a lot to us), but "The Emperor's New Groove" and "Tarzan" had budgets in the one hundred millions range.(Source: http://members.fortunecity.com/backtodisney/LiloAndStitch.html) Most of the music in this movie was Elvis songs. The only time any of the characters sang was when Nani sung a sort of lullaby to Lilo.

Idiot Scientist. When called an "Idiot Scientist", he claimed that he'd rather be called an "Evil Genius". When he read in the paper that he was still being referred to as "Idiot Scientist" he ripped it up and ate it.
Pudge. When her dance instructor asked Lilo why she was late, she explained that she had to go to the store and buy peanut butter to make Pudge the Fish a sandwich. When the instructor asked why it was so important, she responded, "Pudge controls the weather."
Scrump. Lilo made her. Scrump's head is a bit too big for the body. Lilo explains that she often pretends that a bug laid eggs in Scrump's ear and that she is going to die.

1973. He used to be a member of the CIA. Incidentally they had had a previous meeting in Roswell, New Mexico, in the year 1973, at which time he convinced the aliens that mosquitos were an endangered species. She then commented that he had had hair back then. What gets me is, if she knew who he was and everything else, why did she and everyone else at the Inter-Galactic Federation seem as if they had no knowledge of Earth's exsistance? Hmm...
Pleakly. While Jumba and Stitch played Hot Potato with the plasma cannon, Pleakly grabbed Lilo and dashed out of the house. She asked if they should go back for Stitch, to which he replied, "Trust me, this is not going to end well!" and continued out of the house.
Stitch. You have to admit that this was funny when Stitch said it. This was said by him after he told the Grand Councilwoman that his name was Stitch.
Nani. Nani and Lilo don't get along a lot but they love each other very much!
family and family means no one gets left behind or forgotten. Remember Lilo always uses "ohana" against her sister when they fight! Then near the end of the movie Stitch says it to Nani when she loses Lilo.
red. Do you remember when that weird ailen said, "He took the red one!" It is kind of obvious that Stitch took the red one.
No. Stitch has six paws. Two aren't shown very often, though! He hides them at the pet shelter when he sees the poster of the girl and the dog hugging.
brown. When Nani loses Lilo she tells the two aliens what colour her eyes are and the colour of Lilo's hair.

Peanut butter. When Lilo is late for dancing she tells her dance teacher this long story about giving Puge his sandwich! Remember, 'WE HAD NO PEANUT BUTTER!'
bit her, punched her and pulled her hair. After Lilo was done telling her story, the red-headed girl called her crazy and Lilo beat her up! Oops!
"Adopt Now". Stitch saw this sign when Lilo was at the shelter. Remember, that's when he got rid of two of his paws.
fire juggler / fire thrower. He burnt the stage right after he was done his performance and according to Nani, he smelt like a lawn mower. Then at the end of the movie Stitch learnt how to do it too.
Elvis. "You ain't nothin' but a hound dog." Do you remember when Stitch tries to sing this at the beach when Nani is looking for a job?
Hawaii. Most of the movie takes place in Hawaii, to be exact on the island of Kauai, but at the begining of the movie they are in outer space.
Turo. At the begining of the movie it says "Galactic Federation Headquarters Planet Turo" right before Jumba is read his charges of creating Experiment 626.
