An Odd Jobs Man. At the beginning of the film Bert (played by Dick Van Dyke) he is playing music in the park. The nest day he's drawing pictures on the sidewalk. Then the next day he's a chimney sweep.
A sidewalk picture. Bert drew a picture and wants Mary to show the children her magic. So he tells her that they should go into the picture.
