Serena. Mitch loses his temper with Floyd, Monty, Natasha, Dean, and Naomi. Serena never really did anything to upset Mitch. At the end of the movie, Mitch is tired of being ignored and mistreated by all of the employees of the restaurant, so he yells at them. This all leads up to him being accepted by his co-workers, because they realize how rude they were to him. Plus, he pulls off the Goat, which makes him "A god among men" in the eyes of his male co-workers.

Guacamole for the steak. Skylar Stone's character was going to add guacamole, but that would be mixing Mexican and Continental accoutrements, which is unnacceptable. They feel that when a customer complains, it is an insult, and is breaking one of the cardinal rules of food service: "don't mess with people that handle your food!"
