      7 or 8. If you find the hidden cave on map e1m4 (Nercropolis), then there are 8 levels. If you don't then there are only 7.

      The House of Chthon. The house of Chthon is my favorite level. Especially on the nightmare skill level.

      7. The rocket launcher is bound to to the 7 key.

      Slugs. Slugs are a nickname for bullets, and when the railgun fires them they become a solid line of energy, that fires straight. The railgun is a challenging weapon to use due to the fact that there is no rapid fire, but if you have good aim, the railgun can become a lethal addition to your arsenal!

    What does the symbol for Quad Damage look like?"Quake 3 Arena" (PC)

      The quake symbol inside a ring. This multiples your damage by three times the base amount, and encases the character in a blue aura. It can be found at various locations inside the levels.

    In the demo version of "Quake 3 Arena", how many different skins are there for your character?"Quake 3 Arena" (PC)

      14 . You can use the skins of the six bots, red/blue versions of the Visor's skin, a red/blue versions similar to grunt's or stripe's, and red/blue versions of Major's skin, and red/blue versions of Sarge's skin. There are more skins in the Full Version.

    What is the highest difficulty you can place a Bot at?"Quake 3 Arena" (PC)

      Nightmare. There are five levels of difficulty, with "Nightmare!" being the hardest. Even at this level, they aren't unstoppable, and a skilled player would not be presented with any challenge.

      Four . These levels are called: "The Longest Yard", "Arena Gate", "Temple of Retribution", and "The Proving Grounds". There are more levels in the Full Version.

    How many weapons are there in "Quake 3 Arena"?"Quake 3 Arena" (PC)

      Nine . There's the gauntlet, the machine gun, the shotgun, the rocket launcher, the grenade launcher, the plasma gun, the railgun, the lightning gun, and the BFG. You start off with only the Gauntlet and the Machine gun. You must pick up the others to use them.

    Which weapon is by default bound to '5'?"Quake 2" for PC (Part 1)

      Chain Gun. '1' is Blaster, '2' is Shotgun, '3' is Super Shotgun, '4' is Machine Gun, '5' is Chain Gun, '6' is Grenade Launcher, '7' is Rocket Launcher, '8' is Hyper Blaster, '9' is Rail Gun and '0' is BFG10K. They are bound from the weakest to the strongest weapon so it is easy to remember. Of course you can rebind all those keys as well as the navigation keys. That was the quiz, folks!

    How many secret levels are there in "Quake II"?"Quake 2" for PC (Part 1)

      Three. There are three secret levels in "Quake II": 1. Lost Station in the first unit of the game, which can be accessed from Comm Center. 2. Sudden Death in the factory unit of the game, which can be accessed from Receiving Center. 3. Comm Satellite in the hangar unit of the game, which can be accessed from Outer Hangar.

    Who is the Strogg Leader?"Quake 2" for PC (Part 1)

      Makron. Your main mission is to slay Makron. You will do that at the end of the "Quake II" campaign, if you survive, that is. Jorg is the machine Makron uses against you before you destroy it. Iron Maiden is a normal monster. The Black Widow is the boss you'll have to kill in "Quake II: Mission Pack II: Ground Zero".

    What's your name in the single-player campaign of "Quake II"?"Quake 2" for PC (Part 1)

      Bitterman. You are called 'Bitterman' in the cutscenes and your name is printed on your pod. When you start the first map (Outer Base), just look behind you and see the crashed pod. There is a bot named Bitterman in "Quake III: Arena", which fans believe is the player of "Quake II".

    What's your mission in the first unit of the single-player campaign in "Quake II"?"Quake 2" for PC (Part 1)

      Establish communication link to command ship.. You start the campaign in the map Outer Base (BASE1) and you're given this mission. Destroy Strogg logistical train is the mission for the second unit. You must destroy Big Gun much later in the campaign.
