Interesting Questions, Facts, and Information

Ratchet and Clank Future: Quest for Booty

Which returning villain is discovered to have kidnapped Clank?Ratchet and Clank: Quest For Booty

Doctor Nefarious. In "Ratchet and Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal", Doctor Nefarious never died, he was abandoned on an asteroid. Emperor Tachyon died at the end of "Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction" and Chairmen Drek died at the end of "Ratchet and Clank 1". It was pretty obvious that Captain Slag didn't kidnap Clank.

How much does the Smuggler sell the Alpha Disruptor for?Ratchet and Clank: Quest For Booty

50,000 bolts. He puts the Alpha Disruptor up for sale when you finish defending Hoolefar Island from Captain Darkwater's undead army. If you could get the Alpha Disruptor before you defended the island, you would beat the level much quicker.

Who does Captain Slag share bodies with?Ratchet and Clank: Quest For Booty

Captain Darkwater. Rusty Pete creates "Slag on a stick" and puts it in Captain Darkwater's headless body which brings him back to life and causes him to summon his undead army. The only other sensible answer would be Rusty Pete because he is a robot.

How many weapons can you get in the game?Ratchet and Clank: Quest For Booty

Seven. Combuster, Fusion Grenade, Tornado Launcher, Shock Ravager, Nano-Swarmers, Predator Launcher, and the Alpha Disruptor. The returning weapons are from "Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction".

What is the second thing you pay the Smuggler for?Ratchet and Clank: Quest For Booty

To take you to Captain Darkwater's treasure cove. The Smuggler reads the map you found at Morrow Caverns and takes you to Captain Darkwater's treasure cove. It was a good thing he went on vacation.

What is the only weapon that doesn't start at V3?Ratchet and Clank: Quest For Booty

Alpha Disruptor. Because you have the option to buy the Alpha Disruptor towards the end of the game, it automatically starts at V5. The Alpha Disruptor is the most powerful weapon in the game.

What is the first thing the Smuggler sells?Ratchet and Clank: Quest For Booty

Versabolt. You need the Versabolt to get access to the supply beacon. The Smuggler originally came to Hoolefar Island for a vacation.

Who assists you throughout the game?Ratchet and Clank: Quest For Booty

Talwyn. Talwyn helps you fight enemies from the first level at the Azorean Sea to the final boss against Captain Slag/Captain Darkwater. Her gun isn't very powerful though.

When Ratchet gets shot out of a cannon, where does he end up?Ratchet and Clank: Quest For Booty

Hoolefar Island. The first thing you have to do when you get to Hoolefar Island is to fix the supply beacon. Hoolefar Island has an Obsidian Eye on it, the only thing that can find Clank.

What planet are you on during the whole game?Ratchet and Clank: Quest For Booty

Merdegraw. You don't ride Aphelion in this game and you never leave Merdegraw. You don't see Ratchet find Aphelion at the end of the game.
