    Phillies. Garcia finished his eighth season in the Majors after being runner-up for the Rookie of the Year and a third place Cy Young finish.

    Nationals. The Nationals' second baseman finished his 10th season with a .289 average for Washington. Jose began his career with the Expos in 1997, and made the move with his team to become the Nationals.

    Angels. Donnelly spent all his five seasons with the Angels, combining for a 23-8 record in a Halos' uniform. He went 6-0 in 2006. Seibel's previous experience was with the 2004 Red Sox where he went 0-0 in two game appearances.

The Reds traded backup catcher Jason LaRue to which AL team?
    Royals. LaRue finished off his eighth season in Cincinnati and was a backup to catcher Dave Ross. LaRue brought his .239 career average to the Royals.
