She tampered with evidence. Aidan took a hair from the evidence box and was planning to plant it, but never did. Nonetheless, she tampered with evidence and Mac wouldn't stand for it.

Shane Casey. Shane Casey was trying to prove that you can't accuse someone of murder because of one eyewitness. Shane's brother was arrested for the murder of a bartender based on an eyewitness. It was later proven (by Danny) that Shane's brother was the real killer.
