How long can a wormhole stay open for?

    38 minutes. In the episode "Watergate" (season 4) Teal'c says that the longest the Goa'uld have ever held the gate open was thirty-eight minutes.

What does DHD stand for?
    Dial Home Device. In many episodes SG-1 will use the term 'dial home' or dial another planet. This means that someone will have to push the symbols that match the coordinates to a certain planet. The SGC does not have a DHD they use a program that's installed into one of the computers.

What planet is Teal'c from?
    Chulak. Teal'c has referred many times throughout the show that his home world is Chulak. There he trained to be the perfect soldier and became First Prime of Apophis.

In the episode "Desperate Measures," what does the homeless guy call the men who abduct Carter?
    Ninjas. When Carter is walking to her car, a white van pulls up and snatches her. She puts up a good fight, but it turns out they know about the Stargate program, and they need her to do studies on to see how the Goa'uld Jolinar was successfully extracted from her.

What is Osiris's host's name?
    Sarah. In the episode "The Curse," we find out that Sarah, an old friend of Daniel's, is actually a Goa'uld goddess named Osiris.

Who plays Walter?
    Gary Jones. He normally just operates the Stargate in the control room. In the earlier seasons, he didn't have a name, so they always called him Sergeant or something unspecific until later you will notice that the others call him by that name.

    grey. In the episode "Red Sky," SG-1 travels to a planet and their wormhole disrupts the Katal peoples sun and Jack tries to get the Asgard to help them fix the sun but the Asgard refuse to help. Jack tries to negotiate by reminding them that SG-1 helped the Asgard when the Replicators were a threat to them. Later on, the Asgard turn the sun back to normal.

What is the name of the episode where there is a man named Lieutenant Tyler?
    "The Fifth Man". In this particular episode, SG-1 encounters some type of chemical on another planet which they are not aware of, and start remembering a man named Lt. Tyler. They remember him being a part of their team for weeks. When SG-1 encounter some trouble, Carter informs General Hammond that Lt. Tyler and Colonel O'Neill fell behind, and the General states that he has never heard of the man. And Carter, Daniel, and Teal'c become quarantined until Dr. Frasier finds the chemical on Teal'c's uniform and then allows Carter, Daniel, and Teal'c to rescue them. Turns out that Lt. Tyler is actually an alien form another planet that disguises himself as a normal person and his body produces that certain chemical.

In the episode "Prisoners," there is a woman who goes by the name of Lineya, but she is also known as _____.
    The Destroyer of the Worlds. SG-1 gets trapped into a prison in which a woman named Lineya helps them escape. In return for saving them, they bring Lineya along with them to the SGC, and give her some gate coordinates to other planets. Later they learn that she was in the prison for starting a plague which destroyed a planet.

Who kills Sha're?
    Teal'c. In the episode "Forever In A Day," SG-1 actually finds the planet in which Apophis brings Sha're. This is the whole reason why Daniel joined the Stargate program, and when he finds her, the Goa'uld inside her takes control and starts to kill Daniel. Teal'c comes in and blasts Sha're with his staff weapon.

This was said by whom? "Please don't suck the fun out of this."
    Colonel O'Neill. "Hundred Days" is the episode that Jack says this. He tells this to Carter because she starts to explain that the 'fire rain' can't happen on the same night each year. Turns out that the 'fire rain' are actually falling stars.

Where is the Cheyenne Mountain Complex located?
    Colorado. In most episodes, they show the entrance of the Complex which is heavily guarded. The team occasionaly have missions outisde of the base such as the episode "Point Of No Return" which involves the character Martin Lloyd and they have to leave the base for that mission.

Which city was Jack born in?
    Chicago. Jack tells this to Lt. Tyler in the episode "The Fifth Man". He says that he was born in Chicago and brought up in Minnesota.

What is the name of episode in which we first see an Unas named Chaka?
    "The First Ones". Daniel befriends the Unas named Chaka, and they soon realize that the Unas are the first ones that the Goa'uld tried to use as hosts.

What movie has Jack never seen?
    Star Wars. Jack and Teal'c show up to Sam's door with pizza and a movie wanting to watch "Star Wars" with her, and to give ger some company. Teal'c says he has seen "Star Wars" 9 times, and Jack says: "If Teal'c likes it it's gotta be good." Sam replies: "You've never seen 'Star Wars'?" Jack then says: "You know me and Sci-Fi.".
