What is the most powerful category of weapons in "Oblivion"?

Daedric. Daedric weapons are the most powerful weapons and armor in the game, not including augmented weapons and armor. They also eliminate the need to carry around a special weapon for fighting spirits due to the fact that they can damage spirits.

What is the name of the structure that can be seen from anywhere in Cyrodil?
White-Gold Tower & White Gold Tower. White-Gold Tower is said to have been created by the Aedra. It is the home of the Emperor of Cyrodiil and all of his highest subjects. You gain access to it upon completing the main quest, however, you may still only go up to the second floor. There is also a Thieves Guild quest that takes you up further.

Which one of these is not the name of one of the Nine Divines?
Azura. Azura is actually the name of one of the sixteen Daedric Princes, even though Azura is more of a Daedric Princess. Akatosh is the main god, a dragon, that has it's image imprinted on many objects throughout the Imperial City. Julianos and Mara don't really have anything note-worthy to be said about them.

Which one of these is not the name of a quest?
In Search of the Pendant. Go Fish! is a quest given to you by a man in Weye who is a fisherman looking to retire and wants you to collect some slaughterfish scales for him. Honor Thy Mother is an on-going quest for the Dark Brotherhood given to you after completing all other Dark Brotherhood quests. Every week you can go to the Night Mother shrine and get a list of names to give to the second in command of the Dark Brotherhood, in exchange for that week's earnings. Seeking Your Roots is a quest for Nirnroots that you obtain after finding your first specimen. In Search of the Pendant is just a made-up quest.

Umbra is an item given to you for completing a Daedric Shrine quest.
False. Umbra is obtained through a Daedric Shrine quest, however, it is not the reward. One of the Daedric Princes sends you to pick up the fabled sword Umbra. This quest has multiple ways of completing it. One of these being to keep Umbra and receive no reward. However, Umbra is the most powerful weapon in the game, aside from the hack that allows you to get the Mace of Doom, and therefore is much better than the actual reward. Keeping Umbra does allow you to complete the quest, though.

The expansion "Shivering Isles" takes place in which Daedric Prince's realm of Oblivion?
Sheogorath. You speak to Sheogorath during the game in one of the Daedric Shrine quests. His followers are all insane and his realm reflects this. Shivering Isles is the first glance at a realm of Oblivion that's not a fiery wasteland.

How many Nirnroots must the player find to complete all of the elixirs of exploration for the quest "Seeking Your Roots"?
    100. There are four different elixirs, weak, regular (just elixir of exploration), strong, and grand. You need 10 Nirnroots for the weak elixir and the amount increases by 10 for each strength. While you are able to bring 10 Nirnroots back for profit after completing the quest, it is no longer considered an active quest so it does end.

What is the name of the Emperor's illegitimate son?
Martin Septim. In the beginning of the game, you are tasked with finding the Emperor's illegitimate son so that he can light the Dragonfires. There is a Mudcrab Merchant that lives on an island in southern Cyrodiil.
False. For those who have played "Morrowind", you'll notice that this is a reference to the Mudcrab Merchant who lives on a small island in southern Vvardenfell. However, he was left out of "Oblivion". There is, however, a spectral Mudcrab found in the game that some believe to be the ghost of the Mudcrab Merchant. This has never been confirmed.

Which one of these creatures isn't in "Oblivion"?
Cliff Racer. Cliff Racers were left out of "Oblivion" most likely due to Bethesda's wishes to make "Oblivion" a little less Sci-Fi. Cliff Racers were annoying winged monsters from "Morrowind" that would bother players frequently. They are also the only creatures in "Morrowind" or "Oblivion" that truly fly, due to the fact that imps only hover.

Which one of these is not an ingredient found in "Oblivion"?
Four Leaf Clover. They are hundreds of ingredients scattered throughout Cyrodiil, however, the Four Leaf Clover is not among them. Plants like ambrosia and nightshade grow in the wild but can also be found in select populated areas. Garlic is typically found in random indoor areas.

Wizard's Den. The Horse Armor expansion allows the player to equip armor on their horses. The Spell Tome expansion creates books that give the player spells in "Oblivion". Wizard's Den is just a combination of the expansions called Wizard's Tower and Thieves Den (Dunbarrow Cove).

Blood of an Argonian. The Great Sigil Stone is found when Martin allows the Mythic Dawn to open three consecutive gates to Oblivion ultimately opening the Great Gate, held open by the Great Sigil Stone. There is a poster that appears throughout the Imperial City. What "Elder Scrolls" game's box art is this based on?
Arena. "The Elder Scrolls: Arena" was the first game in the "Elder Scrolls" series. Both the box art and the poster in "Oblivion" feature four characters of unique classes standing in fighting poses. The pictures are identical aside from the poster saying "The Arena" rather that "Arena".

Where can the player find the Giant Mudcrab?
Green Mead Cave & Greenmead Cave. An obvious but popular easter egg, this large version of the standard Mudcrab resides in Green Mead Cave just off the Gold Road. However, size doesn't seem to matter in this case being that it's the same strength as a typical Mudcrab. In the back of it's lair, the enviroment seems to hint to the fact that this Mudcrab eats humans due to the bones in its nest.

During the Arena quests, you eventually fight actual monsters.
True. This occurs during the final quest in the Arena guild. Upon becoming the Arena Grand Champion, you gain the ability to come back once a week and fight different monsters depending on your level. This counts as a quest due to the fact that it remains in your active quest log for the rest of the game.

What is the maximum amount of lives you can have in "Oblivion"?
    1. This may be a little confusing but you technically only have one life. Unlike most modern games where whenever you die you respawn at your last checkpoint, once you die in "Oblivion" you must load your last save. If you have no saves then you have to start at the beginning of the game making for a much more realistic game. Some might say that your save is your checkpoint, and while it is debatable, you still technically only have one life.

Which one of these is not a name of a store in the Imperial City Market District?
The Drunken Dragon Inn. The Mystic Emporium sells magical items while Red Diamond Jewelry sells rings and other miscellanea such as that. The Main Ingredient is a great source for ingredients. The Drunken Dragon Inn, however, is not a shop nor is it in the Imperial City. The Drunken Dragon Inn does exist and it has a hilarious sign in front of it but even if it was in the Imperial City, it is technically not a shop since the only merchant is the inn owner.

Which one of these is not one of the plagues that you must create for Sheogorath's Daedric shrine quest?
Flood. The Plague of Rats occurs when the player melts a certain type of cheese outside in a cauldron in the town. The Death of Livestock occurs when the player puts Rat Poison, set out after the rats invade, in the troughs of the town's sheep (this is the way the player is supposed to do this part but the sheep can be killed in conventional ways). The Rain of Burning Dogs occurs when the first two plagues are complete. Sheogorath send burning dogs down from the sky onto the town. The Flood was just something that was made up.

There is a way to go back to the realm of Oblivion after completing the main quest and without using cheats or having any expansions.
True. Upon completing the main quest, Mehrunes Dagon is destroyed and all the gates to Oblivion are closed. However, depending on what sequence the player tackles the quests, the player can revisit different realms of Oblivion. This is accomplished during two Daedric Shrine quests, one where the player must go to a plane of Oblivion and rescue lost souls and the other when the player must compete in a tournament against the other races. This feat is accomplished due to the fact that the gates are opened directly by the Daedric Princes themselves and the gates are a different type of gate all together.

Which one of these provinces does not border Cyrodiil?
High Rock. Black Marsh is in south-eastern Tamriel. It is widely uninhabitable for all creatures except the Argonians, however, it is said that the outer edges are sparsely populated by other races. Skyrim is in northern Tamriel. It is a very cold and mountainous region inhabited by the Nords. Morrowind is in eastern Tamriel. It is home to the Dunmer, also known as the Dark Elves, and is typically associated with the underbelly of Tamriel. Cyrodiil's central position allows it to be bordered by all but two provinces, one being Summerset Isle and the other being the correct answer, High Rock. High Rock is in the north-western part of Tamriel and is inhabited by the Bretons.
