t. If you looked closely enough you could see this. They had reddish tentacles and flew in the same fashion that the big sentinels did.

Did this movie take place more in the Matrix or out of it?

out. Most of this movie took place outside of the Matrix, and followed the battle at Zion plus Trinity and Neo's quest for the city of the machines. At most, fifty minutes of the one-hundred and twenty-nine minutes were in the Matrix.

Jesus Christ. Andy and Larry Wachowski created Neo to symbolize Jesus Christ, who was, in the Christian religion, our Savior. Just like Neo was for the people in and out of the Matrix.
