In the beginning of the story, the Scarlet Pimpernel saves a family and later saves a person from that same family. Who is the Scarlet Pimpernel trying to save later on?
    The Count de Tournay. The Count de France was made up and the Comte de la Fere was from "The Three Musketeers". De Tournay's family is also wrong because the wife, son and daughter were saved in the beginning of the story. Later on in the story, the Count de Tournay is mentioned as one of the people to be saved.

    Chauvelin. If you've read the story, you know that Chauvelin is always mentioned as the person who hates the Scarlet Pimpernel.

    Sir Percy Blakeney. Sir Percy, believe it or not, is the man known as the Scarlet Pimpernel. He's sworn to save men, women and children from the guillotine when he's the Scarlet Pimpernel, but when he's Sir Percy Blakeney, he's the funniest and silliest guy around.

What did the Scarlet Pimpernel dress as in the end of the story to save several people from the guillotine?
    A Jew. He dressed as a Jew to save the people. He doesn't dress as a Scarlet Pimpernel or a clown at all!

What word describes Lady Blakeney?
    Romantic. In the story, Lady Blakeney is shown as a very romantic person who wishes to have romance again with her husband, Sir Percy Blakeney.

The Scarlet Pimpernel is always mentioned as the hero, but through whose eyes is the world shown throughout the story?
    Lady Blakeney. The world is shown through Lady Blakeney's eyes in the story. If she wasn't in the story, the story would be empty.
